Horrid! Dont go. Read other reviews for confirmation – I brought in test clothes to this shop. A dress shirt, and slacks. Asked them to dry clean them. Got them back, and seemed ok. Brought in 2 of my favorite shirts, and a sports jacket -- big mistake. They ripped the lining in the sports jacket, and they also tore the sleeve on the dress shirt! A really huge visible tear. HORRIBLE, AWFUL PLACE. DON'T GO NEAR IT!! – DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING TO MICHAEL'S CLEANERS (ON OLYMPIC AND AVE. OF THE STARS). THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SHIRTS, AND ARE RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC ABOUT DOING SO. BOYCOTT THIS AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO DO THE SAME! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE – DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had just bought a few shirts, 2 of which turned out to be 2 of my favorites, and brought them in to have them cleaned. When I arrived, I wanted to make sure they wouldn't fade or the material wouldn't look worn after they were cleaned, so I talked to the owner Michael, showed him the shirts, and he assured me they would like just like new once they were done. NIGHTMARE ON OLYMPIC!!!! – We have NEVER had an experience like this! The alterations were not only done improperly but one of the garments was damaged in the process. The owner (?) thinks customer service entails getting into your face and shouting at you if you have the gall to complain. The other negative reviews of this establishment are difinitely deserved. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Terrible -- you get what you pay for – There's a reason this place is cheap. I brought in six pieces of clothes for dry cleaning and they all, to a one, came out smelling like cigarette smoke. I do not smoke. I also brought in fluff and fold and the clothes were folded so loosely and shoddily that I had to redo them myself, which meant pretty much a waste of money for me since not wanting to fold is the main reason I bring laundry in in the first place. Avoid at all Cost! – This place has got to be the worste dry cleaners I have ever been to in my life. That sounds like I am making it up but I promise you I am not. At first I thought what a great place I can get dress shirts done at a really great price. That was before they ruined two of my shirts. Avoid this Drycleaners! Non-Quality Drycleaning. Lousy customer service. – Avoid this Drycleaners at all costs! Twice now I have went to pick up clothes from here to find the first time, my clothing article not cleaned and this second time, different article of clothing, collar not even ironed...it looked like something had been placed on top of my shirt to give the collar an odd shape with no crease.
