Holes in my dress! Never EVER get alterations done here...horrible. The owner is extremely unprofessional and almost ruined my dress. She'll try to take advantage of brides that don't have other alteration options--luckily I was able to fix mine. The dresses are priced well, but the alterations are more than the big chains and it's a horrible experience. Be very wary of alterations here.

OK service I purchased my wedding gown from here and was pretty much pleased with the service. I ended up going elsewhere for bridesmaid's dresses for lower prices, but they have a very good selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses.

Don't shop here! Very dissatisfied with service and alterations. Gown orderd much too large, limited times avail for alterations. They were not flexible or accomadating at all. I asked to pick up my gown one day sooner and was told 'No can't do!" I was double charged for alterations when I sent my daughter to pick up the gown.I called for a refund of the overpaid amount, was told it would be sent via mail - never received. Just Okay This was my second stop in searching for a wedding gown. The storefront leaves much to be desired; as my mom and I walked toward it we wondered if it was closed or shut down. However, you walk downstairs and it opens into a fairly large area. The majority of dresses are purchased off the rack and the remainder of the dresses were not a quality selection.
