I was on my way from Ithaca to Atlantic City to see my family when I realized that I never had my tires torqued like I was supposed to have done before I made a 300 mile journey. I figured that maybe I could find a place on my way when I came upon Michaels. They were a very accommodating and professional place that did my tires on demand and got me back on my way extremely quickly. Thank you so much for helping me out. I highly recommend Michaels for anyone in the Whitney Point area.
Awesome Service! Got in a jam travelling from Ithaca to NYC and was able to stop in at Michael's to have him and his team look at the car. These guys were nice enough not only to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot, but also stayed overtime to make sure I was back on the road the same day. You can't find that kind of service everywhere and I'm glad I was lucky enough to end up at Michael's when it was all said and done. Highly recommend. Thanks guys, I appreciate all the effort!
I broke down outside of Whitney Point and Mike took my car in after everywhere was closed and drove me to Binghamton afterwards. Everyone there was extremely helpful.
