Today I informed my property manager for the 3rd time that my ac was out, and now my ex wife won’t send my kids for parenting time. She had a pretty crazy, emotional outburst, which I have on text. She’s now terminating my lease. Good, you sleep in the 86 degree townhouse.
UPDATE: I had this as a one star review, i'm revising it to 5. Michael spoke with me and quickly resolved the issues I was dealing with. I left the review below for context, but there have been a series of issues that led to misunderstanding on both sides. Bottom line, it's resolved. If you are considering work with them, I recommend it. I don't judge a company on if it has issues, I judge based on how they handle them.
