Today I informed my property manager for the 3rd time that my ac was out, and now my ex wife won’t send my kids for parenting time. She had a pretty crazy, emotional outburst, which I have on text. She’s now terminating my lease. Good, you sleep in the 86 degree townhouse.
UPDATE: I had this as a one star review, i'm revising it to 5. Michael spoke with me and quickly resolved the issues I was dealing with. I left the review below for context, but there have been a series of issues that led to misunderstanding on both sides. Bottom line, it's resolved. If you are considering work with them, I recommend it. I don't judge a company on if it has issues, I judge based on how they handle them. It was such an easy process working with Mike Zimmerman! Zero stress, was extremely professional with his response time working extremely hard to get us the best home for our family. Mike really cares. We didn’t feel like we were just a potential deal. His whole approach through out the process was great and we will surely be working with him again in the future!
