Only thing I can say is Dr. Wood is fantastic!!! He came the next day to check on me and had me up and walking. I left that evening to go home, I felt great. I had my surgery 8 months ago and I'm down 87 pds. Can't wait to be 100 pds down!! Dr. Wood is the BEST in my own personal experience and opinion. Thank you Dr. Wood for giving me my life back again.
Doctor Woods is an EXCELLENT Doctor. Im one of the patients who had the surgery 2010. Dr. Wood is AWESOME. I had surgery 10 years ago and he was wonderful then and still is. I still remember his words of wisdom as he advised me to make sure I had my head right because the surgery was just a tool not a miracle pill. He told me to watch the old movie "Cool Hand Luke". I did and I still do ever year as a reminder of what I have to do, stay focused on my health. He stated, "Don't be like Luke who never learned his lesson." Dr. Wood is BEST choice for bariatric surgery.
Dr Woods is very knowledgeable friendly respectful and down to earth wouldn't trust my surgeon to anyone else. His level of expertise is barnon and the standard that all Baritric Surgeons should strive for and future surgeons should learn from and continue to improve upon.
