Excellent customer service. Help customers with low rates
Absolutely horrible service stay away at all costs. Not only did they misrepresent my family for years. They overcharged and didn't clearly state coverages. They messed up residencies and insured things that were not in compliance with state law. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with the California Department of insurance for fraudualent practices.
When I got into an accident, Cameron went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Helped me figure out which shops were good to get towed to, got me covered with a rental service, and just generally had a kind attitude throughout the whole thing. Went above and beyond when he didn’t have to.
It's Jake from State Farm. Seriously though my agent reached out after I mentioned I had switched my primary residence to a rental. He explained i could switch to a rental dwelling policy, saved me a fair amount of money. Good service.
