I love dr. Karp. He is the best doctor I ever seen but this review is for the telephone service. I wanted to give less than 1 star but there is no option for that. Why always its so difficult to schedule an appointment here? Either it's an hour wait on the phone line or calls are diverted to answering service. I wish they can do something about this.
I been with 3 more pediatrician before him, for my little one Olivia, no one like him, he takes the time to be sure you understand your question and you concern as a first mom means everything and really help you!!! THE BEST! So professional thanks so much michael!
