Thanks for making my "long postponed" visit a very pleasant and painless one. :)
There is nothing you can do to make it better. I actually look forward to seeing Dr. Wexler and Lilly. When I messed up my dental insurance, I had to go to another dentist and I came running back to Dr. Wexler when the 6 month wait was over. I am so happy to be back!

Lilly is very enthusiastic. She is great with the kids, explaining to them and joking a little to lighten the mood. She loves her opportunities to get continuing education. Celyn remarked to several people how very patient Dr Wexler was with him during his fillings procedure. As a 13 yr old, he really appreciated that.
Reduce number of appointment reminders. Even after I changed my appointment, I received at least 4 reminders (2 by text message, 1 phone, 1 email). After my appointment on Friday, 12-12, I received 2 reminders (1 text message, 1 email) reminding me of my next appointment IN MARCH. This is excessive, annoying, and totally unnecessary.
My old dentist had different flavors of polish, so you might want to check that out just for something fun for the patients.
