Every time I come into the office, they always make me feel so welcome. They always have smiling faces and are so nice as soon as you walk in the door. Not only did Dr. Walker do a great job on my face but he also took away all nerves i had before my procedure. Every time i have questions they are quick to answer and always make sure i have everything i need. They always make sure I understand everything before i have something done. I have had 3 good experiences with Dr. Walkers staff and Mary Ann. I feel confident having anything done here.. I especially enjoy the 'clinical setting' with Mary Ann being an RN.
Everyone is so welcoming and professional. I always look forward to seeing the staff as they are so friendly! When I call for an appointment, I always get the time and date that is convenient for me. I highly recommend this group! And I plan to continue coming here for a very long time.

Dr. Walker and his staff have provided excellent pre and post operative care. They give very good instructions on what to expect and answered every question about the procedure. I was not all concerned about the procedure when my day arrived. I am very pleased with the results so far and have great expectations that the outcome will be outstanding. Post operative care has been timely and efficient and I have quickly returned to an almost routine lifestyle after only one week!!!
Dr. Walker and his entire staff are fantastic! I got a face lift and laser around the eyes. They take their time and you feel like you are their priority at every visit. I never felt rushed or not listened to at any appointment. Pre-op was fantastic. They answered all my questions and were available for follow-up questions.
