Dr. Sim did a wondeful job freeing my Mom of stage 4 floor of the mouth cancer. He helped diagnosis and save my Dad from larynx cancer just months after my Mom was in remission. He has excellent bedside manner and empathy. He will also explain things that you dont understand, he actually spent a lot of time making sure I understood what was happening to my parents and how to care for them! Thank you, Dr. Sim!
So came in for surgery yesterday. Sims couldn't be bothered to come see me before surgery. Couldn't be bothered to see me after surgery or the morning after. He sent his resident's in every time. Then after surgery he was suppose to call my wife. He called another patient's sister and talked to her about me. He swore he called my sister (which I font have and my wife didnt get a call).I found out today my chart was mixed up with someone else's. ATTACHED IS A QUALITICATION FORM TO GET FREE PATKING IN THE GARAGE.
"Trust but Verify" would be my analogy with Dr Sim. My appointment went somewhat smooth until he ran a scope down the wrong side of my throat without any lubricant when the CT and Pet Scan showed the abnormality and growth on other side on the opposite side of where the scope was placed. Grade of ( D- ) hence,,,(Not Good Doctor Sim!). He then proceeded to speak about surgery for several minutes and how Indiana University Health does more Robotic Surgeries (Da Vinci) than the IVY League Medical Centers??
