Dr. Mangelson was fast, but he is so fast that he isn't thorough and he is shallow in his evaluations. I am still having issues, but he won't do more tests and recommended I see a nephrologist, even though the issue is more bladder related. He ordered a simple CT scan, and when that came back normal, he was done, even though I am still experiencing blood in my urine. This is my experience. Dr. Mangelson was overconfident in his abilities from the start. He failed to keep me locally anaesthetized throughout the entire surgery causing a lot of pain. The vasectomy took a little over 2 hours from start. He failed to find the vas deferens so he made an irreversible cut to the epididymis. One of the incisions is about 3 inches long because he was very invasive with the surgery taking out and reversing my testicle and making many cuts. All of this was done without consulting me at all. Front office staff is completely rude and condescending. After a horrible 4 minute call with them, I decided to go to another provider.

Gives excellent time and attention to me. One time my urine was reddish blue. He got me right in, scoped me, and then I remembered I had eaten a quart of blueberries that morning. That's what made the urine go reddish blue! We laughed, but he has taken care of prostate removal, and kidney stones. Very attentive, and his bedside manner is outstanding.
