Hi had a horrible experience with Vassili and a few of his staff including Lambley. I found them to be arrogant and selfish and in my opinion, they only care about themselves, thier time, thier pride and thier income. It's very possible they will disappoint you. For me it was horrible experience. I needed caring experts and I got these people. Disgusting.
the worst, they have their own agenda, which is wasting time, then blame the time for being wasted, and when I pulled out, they held the money due to complaining their service, now I have to claim it through OLSC, and when I raise the issue, to viewers, they threaten me of suing,
