I bought a 2020 Rav4 hybrid and the general manager at that time convinced me to buy a 6 year extended warranty stating it covered maintenance as well as mechanical, which was misleading. I bought the car for no interest for 72 months but the dealership got their money by selling a$6000 warranty that is not needed at all.

DO NOT USE BLACKSTONE TOYOTA / MICHALS TOYOTA - Turned my 4Runner in for engine replacement to Michaels Toyota. Engine I had shipped was not usable as is. We then went with the option of rebuilding the engine in the truck and I agreed to this. I went to pick it up today (7/1/22), and all that was done was to remove and replace the head, and fix the air conditioning. for $6700! ** DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE ** SHAME ON TONY GARCIA My 95 4Runner had an oil leak. I took it in to Michael Toyota, and after 3,000 dollars in repairs I have a truck that still has an oil leak, and now a gas odor so strong in to the cab it is not drivable. The Manager Tony Garcia states there is no smell. Yet the service advisor smelled it and wrote it up. Just stopped in to check out the RAV4 prime and was basically told that we had to be pre approved for a loan to even look at it. I’m really glad we were able to see who you really are before buying a car. Good job profiling us as we approached you. You have no idea our financial situation, but I know we won’t be cutting a check to Michael Toyota.
