Vigo dodge is a complete joke, the owner was holding our van until I called in the $100 deductible. Mind you i should not of been charged due to this being the 3rd time they have had our vehicle in for the same issue without fixing it. I have a lifetime warranty and they have lost my business. Not to mention the car they gave her to use, terms of our warranty, was completely disgusting , I hope somebody can tag Michael Tom or Vigo Dodge in this post so they can be proud of their handiwork. Don't buy here. They may indicate that their vehicles are thoroughly inspected but that does not mean they fix a problem if they find it. They pass the problem on the the unsuspecting buyer. I have personal experience of a family with young children stranded on the interstate within hours of purchasing a vehicle. After multiple repairs for which they charged the buyer, the family was stranded again 700 miles from home when a tire nearly came off. Don't let Vigo Dodge put your family at risk and drain your bank account.
Went to the establishment twice. Met by a rude gentleman that laughed at my realistic wants. Then the second time I returned thinking it could have been bad day the same man greeted me with a annoyed “the answer is no I haven’t found you a car”. I’m sorry 20 something thousand seems like small change to you to spend on a vehicle,but no one deserves to be treated like crap.
Their website clearly states all used cars that come on to the lot are inspected and test driven by and experienced technician, and that is absolutely not the case. After my mother purchased her car she was informed that they do not inspect the used vehicles on the back lot. She has had many issues since purchasing only 2 months ago and is now stuck with a lemon.

Let me start off by saying, I fully understand that I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, however, I have been in 3 times since I bought the car in October because the car shimmies. The first time they said they rotated the tires. didnt work. The second time they took the vehicle to tire barn and said the tires were almost to the end of their life so I needed new.
