Spent plenty of time to deal with my issues
It was the best experience!
The front office staff, nurse practitioner, and manager were rude. They refused service even though my grandmother had an appointment already set up and has been a patient for over 10 years. My mother was told Dr. Tolle was not in the office and then he walked out of his office as they were waiting with the manager. Even Dr. Tolle refused to come out of his office and check on my grandmother and see what was happening. Do not recommend this office!!! He does not even deserve that one star!!
Dr Toll was excellent and gave evidence based answers to my questions and, when appropriate, showed me the web site where I could get additional information.
