Great experience and work well with you to help in whatever area needed.
We have been patients of Dr. Tolle for years. Our daughter was home too sick to get out of bed and this man, who we have known for years, wouldn’t even call in a prescription for anti-nausea medicine and wanted us to drag her up there for an appointment. All this practice cares about is money. We are moving on from this doctor and DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Go elsewhere! This practice has gone downhill..
If you want a Dr who cannot handle being told he is wrong then Dr Tolle is your man. However, if you believe you should be able to question a Dr if you do not agree, you need to find another Dr. He said I was a diabetic, but the labs did not support this diagnosis. He wanted to put me on Staton but I do not have a cholesterol issue so I said no. He said he would refill my meds but never sent them to the Pharmacy. I called no one called me back. This doctor is rude , sarcastic and does not have a good sense of how to treat people . I asked a question through the portal and the Dr said he could do it only to show up to his office and he treated me terribly , patronizing me and talking down to me then telling me he could not complete required paper work which is ok . But then why tell a patient you could . He may be a good doctor but not a kind person or sincere. I believe patients should be treated with respect. Poor treatment
I have been a patient for over five years and have always been well taken care of by Dr. Tolle and his nurse Jackie.
I have been working with Dr. Tolle for months on a chronic issue. I had an appointment for a virtual visit scheduled for 3:15. He sent the text at 3:20, I clicked the link at 3:23. I waited in that waiting room for over half an hour and he never showed, but he still marked ME as the no-show! No one from the office tried to call my number or see if there was a connection issue, he just never showed and blamed it on me! Then he left the office without helping me. I scheduled an appointment with his front desk and told them ahead of time I was pregnant. After waiting 45 min and finally seeing Dr. Tolle, he said I have no idea why you are here I can’t treat pregnant people. I then was scolded for endangering my baby by going to Mexico and treated awful when he found out I am getting prenatal care by a local midwife group(with an OB on staff). I left in tears.
