THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I've experienced in a very very long time! We just recently started using Michael T***'s cleaners in Burlington. Last week I picked up as usual my bosses dress shirts and slacks. Upon arrival at home, I've notices that two buttons on the shirt sleeve were missing so following week I've inquired to a store clerk who explained that when shirt is pressed by the metal "flaps" of the press its possible for the buttons to crack and fell off.
