Today, with the help of Mary and Breana, (I totally botched her name, sorry) helped me pick something out for my wife. Now we have a game plan for the rest of my wife's wish list. Michael and Tish were the best help ever! We came in and had no clue what we wanted to do! Spend 3 years together and knew it was time! They were the best help with so much! Sizing, option and great deals! I loved that told us what they liked and gave us so many options! We drove two hours and will refer so many people! Please check them out! It felt like home when you can walk in and talk about background and farming!
They tell you that the jewelry is covered under warranty and then when you bring it in to have it repaired because a diamond or stone fell out they do not want to repair it for free they try to charge you and tell you it's not covered. I expect much more from a local, family owned, company. I won't be purchasing anything else.
All I wanted done was for a small charm to be soldered onto my charm bracelet. I was quoted up to 2 weeks and $60 by Several local jewelry stores. I called Mike on Saturday afternoon and he said "absolutely, bring it in, no charge! I'll do it while you wait" :) Now I'm leaving 20 minutes later with a clean ring and some beautiful new earrings! #customerforlife
Fixed a loose prong on my wedding ring and it came back quickly and looking shiny brand new! Love this company!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewelry....EVER!! All the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful...you guys rock! I refer everyone here for a very good reason :) Some of the best customer service in town for sure, they treat you like family!
