He made me look worse and cancelled surgery the day before surgery. I was only in town for a specific timeframe and had booked Dr Rossi for a lip lift after being told by his office that they could most likely get me in for the surgery before I left town. They ended up not being able to get me in during that time frame so I made plans accordingly to travel back for it. I had approved both a lip lift and a tweak he suggested to my upper eyelid.
