Dr. Romano was considerate, answered all my questions, was thorough &. knowledgeable.
I had a growth on my leg and showed it to Dr. Romano last year. He said he didn't want to remove it because of my age and skin. Maynot heal properly. I saw Dr. Romano again this year and he didn't say anything about the growth. I noticed the growth got bigger and itched and burned. I was referred to Dr. Romano after seeing an Optum PA for an issue several times. I booked an appointment several months out and got a call to reschedule because "he goes on vacation for several weeks every August" (my appointment was for July) and "he's leaving the practice in December and has no available appointments between then and now." After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, my options were to reschedule with a PA again for the fall or to go to another office, triple the amount of time away, and reschedule with a differ... read more
I saw Dr Romano last year for a couple of different issues. One of the issues was with my scalp. He didn't even look at my scalp and said it could be one of 100 things but he was going to prescribe something for it. Well, bottom line is he never did. He was also in the exam room for probably 5 minutes and actually walked out the door while I was still talking and trying to ask questions. He didn't return. Steer clear, not worth the time or money.
