I was referred to Dr. Romano after seeing an Optum PA for an issue several times. I booked an appointment several months out and got a call to reschedule because "he goes on vacation for several weeks every August" (my appointment was for July) and "he's leaving the practice in December and has no available appointments between then and now." I saw Dr Romano last year for a couple of different issues. One of the issues was with my scalp. He didn't even look at my scalp and said it could be one of 100 things but he was going to prescribe something for it. Well, bottom line is he never did. He was also in the exam room for probably 5 minutes and actually walked out the door while I was still talking and trying to ask questions. He didn't return. Steer clear, not worth the time or money. Really poor customer service and zero availability. I needed an appointment and the first appointment they had was 3 months away. I was 5 minutes late and they wouldn’t accommodate me. They pushed my appointment back 4 months. A doctor who has no availability to see patients is of no use to anyone.

Had to wait 6 months for an appointment. They canceled an hour before the appointment and said they would call back to reschedule. They never rescheduled.
