Llevé a mi hija porque presenta una aparente deformidad en las rodillas y en la parte inferior de las piernas. Esperaba una evaluación cuidadosa, pero el doctor prácticamente no la examinó ni prestó atención a lo que le estaba explicando. Me sentí muy decepcionada, especialmente porque se trata de mi hija y esperaba una atención mucho más profesional y dedicada.
Amazing ! Dr. Lago is is thorough with great attention to detail and works overtime to make sure his patients are taken care throughout the entire treatment process.
They wouldn’t see my son bc we took him on the 11th day from the date of his initial injury. The injury occurred during holidays, staar testing for school, etc and by the time we supspected, then confirmed a fracture, then got through the weekend… it was 11 days. Unfair to a child who just needs to get a cast.
HORRIBLE STAFF! I was left on hold about 8 different times and every time they would pick up again the receptionists would say “oh my god” so annoyed that I was calling to make an appointment/get an estimate. I have recorded proof that they would leave me on hold and complain to know that I was still on the line and waiting. 19 minute call just for her to laugh and hang up on me.
