My sister went in for knee replacement surgery. The surgery went fine, but she was released from Cornerstone Hospital without bandages and sent to Mission PT Center. It took two days for someone to get in touch with her. She now has drop foot and neither the doctor or staff have made contact with us. This terrible! It’s quantity over quality for sure!
Horrible horrible wait time, 2-3 hours to be seen for 5-10 minutes, staff is pretty unprofessional and have an attitude no matter how nice you are towards them, not much will get resolved here
I have had nothing but trouble since my hip replacement in February of 2024. I am now bedridden and on Oxycodone and Valium around the clock. I am working with a pain management specialist to try and alleviate the pain and try to get me walking again. I refuse to go back to his office. Last time I was there I waited over 4 hours for my appointment in excruciating pain and in tears. Never again!!!
Dr. LAGO brings great talent and experience to RGV patients. My hip replacement surgery was successful thanks to his surgical expertise. He is professional and personable. Anyone under his care is in excellent hands. I’m equally impressed with the efficiency of the clinic. Processes are well organized and staff are professional and friendly. Abby and Geneva stood out as efficient and accommodating. Thank you to Dr. LAGO and his staff for a great experience!!!!
The best doctor for hip replacement and there staff was the best, made me like home .Again Thank you for everything. Your are the best!
