Dr havig spent a lot of time explaining options which was very helpful
Dr Havig and his entire staff are very pleasant, courteous, and competent. I recommend Dr Havig to all my tennis friends and other’s who are in need of relevant orthopedic help. Don’t hesitate to consult with Dr Havig if you are having a problem.
The best orthopedic conservative surgeon in Naples for several years now. Looks at all alternatives to surgery, not threatened when you are informed with research your own health advocate. All around a great doctor and man.
Dr. Havig has performed major rotator cuff surgery and knee meniscus repair. Both were 100% successful. He is currently treating both myself and my wife for other ortho issues. We’ve been his patients for 7 years. He not only is an excellent and caring doctor, but also a fine human being. He is very personable and spends much time with his patients. His staff and front desk are very attentive and friendly as well. The best MD one could ask for.
My rotator cuff shoulder repair took place 6 years ago but still resonates with me because the exceptionally cold, disrespectful and impersonal PA John made every office visit a prolonged (because of the wait times) and stressful experience. Dr. Havig is pleasant and knowledgeable but my relatively routine shoulder repair was just OK. More painful, scarier and with longer recovery (1 year total instead of 2-4 months claimed) than my hip replacement and cardiac bypass. Has an excellent assistant who is always on time. You may have a very long wait for the doctor, but it’s worth it. He is patient and kind, explains things well.
I met with Dr Havig Stellar,knowledgeable, helpful , insightful I highly recommend him And his PA Wendy was equally as fabulous
Had shoulder surgery & miniscus done by Dr. Havig. Excellent results. Nothing to worry about...he is a professional by far. Only thing... he may be a little late for your surgery. Great Doctor ??
Dr Havig has been my family’s ortho for over 10 years . However this is my last visit, after waiting 2 hours in the outside waiting area ( normal wait is 1 hour)and when checking in with reception the are rude DrHavig does take him time and attention when u do get to see him . . I’m here for my 8 week shoulder replacement, he is a great surgeon , however his PA lacks empathy.
