ZERO bedside manner. He was very nice at consult, but day of procedure not only did he arrive 15 minutes after her scheduled surgery time, but came in hot berating my daughter who was already very upset due to a needle phobia that was discussed at length during the consult, and leading up to the surgery. Been years but he ruined my life from a surgical procedure to move my jaw. Post operative nerve pain since procedure 20 years ago. Every day dozens of meds to stop the burn. Most likely severed a nerve.
The doctor is technically a highly skilled top notch doctor. The office staff and medical assistants treat clients without compassion and with contempt. Every interaction is hostile, defensive, and they go out of their way to make the experience unnecessarily upsetting for the patient. Life doesn't have to be made hard, so avoid this place. Elderly people have dental issues. So if they snapped at me when i asked them to go over my post op meds, with "i guess i can but its written on the bottle"Go where folks like people and ... read more
