Very Caring Ormond Beach Doctor and Staff I have been a patient of Dr. Cady for 37+ years. Vision is one of our most precious blessings and I totally trust mine to this doctor. He is a professional and a gentleman. The staff at Florida Eye Clinic Ormond Beach has always been very nice and accommodating with my needs. There are many optometrists closer to my home, but I will continue to make the drive to this practice as long as I am able and he is available.
I don’t know what other reviews issues are but I have always had excellent experience with Dr. Cady and his staff at the Ormond location. I have been bringing my daughters to Dr. Cady for the past 5 years. The staff and Dr. Cady are professional, polite, courteous and are pleasant. I highly recommend this location in Ormond.
Unproffessional, rude, and overpriced. The wait times are always long. The lady who fits contacts was slamming stuff down on the table rushing me out of there after being there for 3 hours. I guess it was my fault they overbook appointments.
My husband and I have visited Dr. Cady's office about 4 times with each time having wait times exceeding at least 90 minutes. My first appointment I even rescheduled after waiting 2 hours. From there I determined it was a chronic problem at that office. He was nothing special or worth wasting that much time over. His staff also became aggressive and hostile towards me when I questioned insurance coverage. They lost 4 patients over their inappropriate reactions. Go elsewhere if at all possible!
