Mike came out to our home on 2 occasions. The first time he came, he stated that he fixed the issue with the washer and if it started to happen again he would come out to readjust. The machine was not fixed so we called him repeatedly and he did not answer. We finally got a response weeks later and set up a follow up appointment.
