This review is for Lisa Ware, she is a terrible and horrible manager here at Walnut Terrace apartments located at 2801 Walnut Bend Ln. 77042 I was cooking a few pieces of meat on my grill and she came to my apt with a officer or security that lives here on the property threatening me to call the fire marshal and saying that I was going to get a big fine. I'm really unhappy about moving back to The Lakes at Cypresswood. About 6-7 years ago, it was a wonderful place with well-maintained apartments. But when I returned in November 2024, my apartment was dirty and in bad shape. I didn’t even stay there the first weekend, yet I was still charged for a full month’s rent for a place that wasn’t livable. DON’T DO IT. I have lived at the Fountains at Almeda since 2021. Since Vanessa the property manager, Liliana and Nancy who are all new have come into the office, it has been nothing short of hell on earth. Feb of 2023 I moved to a different unit, my boyfriend was in a major car accident turning into the complex, sent to the hospital, police were called & we drove his car onto the property. The next morning we saw a sticker to move the car immediately and contact office. We called the office once they opened to let them know ... read more
