this salon is unprofessional and over-priced they waited until 1 hour before my appointment to try to reach me. I already left for willoughby from chardon. when I got there, they said my stylist didn't make it in to work. then they wanted me to reschedule with the same person. no one offered to correct the situation. they exprected me to waste more of my time.
I love Michael Stefan Salon! I've gone to almost all the stylist there and can't seem to go wrong with anyone! I love my color and cut every time! I travel some distance just to be able to get my hair done there, because I know I can count on them! They are professional and fun at the same time, and I always leave there smiling because I feel good! Thank you Michael Stefan Salon!
I've been going to Michael for a long time and he is the absolute best ever! My hair looks fab every time! Michael Rocks! You so should go here!
