Played a tournament here and the court was awful. Full of dust and so slippery that everyone playing could not change direction or move properly because their shoes would slide and they would fall. In addition water was continuously seeping through cracks of the sport court flooring tile. Between these two conditions it was a huge safety hazard and unplayable without fear of slipping and falling. Building manager did not aid the tournament organizer in fixing the problem. Very frustrated today. This place offered overflow parking and a shuttle bus. Everything good in the morning, worked well. At the end of tournament, shuttle bus was not working, it disappeared, so I had to walk all the way to the overflow parking. I was respecting they had many reserved parking spaces, so instead of moving the cones and open a space for me, I decided to follow their instructions. Unfortunately, they did not comply with the service offered. Also to mentioned ventilation in this place is awful.

Currently here for a very large boys club volleyball tournament.. the facility is old and worn out and to make matters worse, the bathroom only has 2 functioning stalls and both urinals are broken. I have no clue how they can host the tournament this large with only two stalls functioning. Disgusting and poor management. After reading response to my review, I would give ZERO stars to this establishment if I could.

For the review of the Nov 2025 party below, my credit card company only allows to file a claim on the entire charge. One can't dispute partial charges. I never asked for any discount on the pizza we chose to throw away or the overall party. I just want to pay the entire amount of what I owe on the original invoice which is $543.40. I owed $443.40 at the end of the party since I put a $100 deposit. Rockville Sportsplex charged me a total of $726.21 ($626.21 on 11/16/25 and $100 on 10/18/25). I played here a while back and left partly because the place always felt poorly ventilated. When you’re doing high-intensity cardio indoors, airflow really matters for health and safety. Would be good to see the air quality checked out. You can see brown soot around the top edges of the wall. That’s the stuff you’re breathing in. The place really needs to be inspected and fined. It’s been the same for 20 years
