Came on time, received curteous follow-up calls before and after the work. Work was done quickly and the tech seemed skilled. Absolutely recommend. Plumbing prices seems a little high but you get what you pay for as they guarantee they work. Electric work seems to be in line or below competition (they do electric as well though through different techs.)
Most folks can appreciate the difficulty in finding a good plumber without any references to go off of. A search of yellowpages.com yielded a hefty list. We cross-checked a few in our area against the Better Business Bureau and settled on Michaels & Sons. We called late on a Tuesday afternoon and were able to get a service call scheduled for Thursday.
