Unprofessional service and management Routine maintenance on September 10 — the tech used the wrong gauge for our units, got invalid readings, and left without a reliable diagnosis. Found mold in our second-floor indoor unit, took photos, promised to send them — never received them despite my follow-up. Promised a follow-up visit — nobody ever called. Paid $222.01 for a simple maintenance they couldn't even do right. Would not recommend.

Michael & Son was exceptional from start to finish. I spoke to Lee at 1PM and by 5PM the same day Navell Brown fixed the shower leak. Mr Brown was very professional and friendly. Super nice guy with a great sense of humor. The price was competitively priced and reasonable. Their communications were exceptional. They kept me informed by text and phone on timing of service. Super clean and gave me valuable tips on future maintenance repairs. I highly recommend Michael & Son Services!!

Ryan was very helpful. He repaired my emergency problem very quickly. He came out the same day that I asked for service because we had to shut our water off. Only reason I gave it four stars was because it was a little pricey for what he had to do.
