My appointment was pushed back for 3 DAYS! they just kept saying you will be next. No call from the tech. I had to call multiple times. I had enough and canceled it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We had a leak from the circulator pump. The day of the original appointment, I received a call at the appointment time requesting to cancel because the tech was still 2 hours away. The next appointment day the tech showed up and without even trying to diagnose the situation, said that we'd either need to replace the pump or the entire system. Apparently the pump itself would easily be upwards of $1,000 and would be difficult to locate. They were not communicative or professional, and they were gone within 30 mins after a $89... read more
Don't Do It and thank you for taking the time to read this review. I called this company to come and look at my water heater because I lost hot water. When I called the representative on the phone they were courteous but when I asked a few of my questions the rep just didn't know what was included in the service, which was a red flag but since I had dealt with this place before I continued to trust what they were doing, upon my questions the rep just didn't seem like he knew much about even the basics of what I was being cha... read more
Don’t bother they send poor contractors out and just want to keep charging you money and don’t fix anything!
TRASH of a company. DO NOT bother with them. They are completely useless and take advantage of you. Management SUCKS when trying to communicate your concerns and then THEY tell you to take your buisness elsewhere. WOW just WOW
