Don't Do It and thank you for taking the time to read this review. I called this company to come and look at my water heater because I lost hot water. TRASH of a company. DO NOT bother with them. They are completely useless and take advantage of you. Management SUCKS when trying to communicate your concerns and then THEY tell you to take your buisness elsewhere. WOW just WOW

I was scheduled to have a water filtration system installed. At the end of the window in which my technician was supposed to arrive, I called as I had not heard from anyone, at which time I was told that my appointment wasn't happening as the technician was sent to another job. I asked why I hadn't been informed of this, and got no answer. My technician, Justin, was incredible - polite, helpful, didn't mind explaining things. So , I've had to rethink my original review. They did come out within three hours of an emergency call I made because I had a small flood in my basement due to a blockage in the out flow pipe from.the house to the municipal sewer line. The tech came out got the water moving but despite having tools available in his truck, he didn't actually clear the small ball of roots that we both could see not far into the pipe from where the cap.was in the back .patio .
