I was scheduled to have a water filtration system installed. At the end of the window in which my technician was supposed to arrive, I called as I had not heard from anyone, at which time I was told that my appointment wasn't happening as the technician was sent to another job. So , I've had to rethink my original review. They did come out within three hours of an emergency call I made because I had a small flood in my basement due to a blockage in the out flow pipe from.the house to the municipal sewer line. The tech came out got the water moving but despite having tools available in his truck, he didn't actually clear the small ball of roots that we both could see not far into the pipe from where the cap.was in the back .patio . Trash ass company… charged a 83 year old widow 900 dollars for a toilet ring seal and flange… too 45 minutes….50 dollars worth of parts… I hope they feel good about taking advantage of the elderly! Stay away.
This company was three times more expensive than the company I ended up using, to perform the services. Repair broken sewer pipe in the back-yard, 1-2ft deep= $6K. No backup into the house thankfully.
Scheduled Michael and Son to check and fix a couple of items in our master bath(low water pressure from one shower head, snaking of a drain and fix a faucet) and could not be happier with results. Lalpeck and Samson were dispatched and they were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly determined the issues and remedied the situations. Great service.
