Christian & George (Technicians from Michael and Son) did great work for us in a reasonable amount of time. They explained what needed to be done and did the job well and made the repairs that needed to be made. One item done was a water filter & water softener. We like it and look forward to when it's fully broken in, a couple of weeks.We are very happy and will recommend them to family and friends.

Huge thanks to Michael and Son for sending out an awesome technician Donald Monroe to help us out during the worst weather conditions. What a mess we had! We appreciated how he communicated about his arrival and how clearly he explained everything he was doing to resolve our plumbing issue. He also took extra steps to educate us on how we can prevent this from happening again. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Donald's knowledge and expertise was top-notch!
