RecommendedI rented an apartment in a small building in Washington Sq. West, it was great no issues, at all.
This is a terrible property management company. They came to replace our hot water heater and disconnected our washing machine. The washer flooded our basement the next time we went to do laundry. It has been flooded for three days and they have yet to respond to our calls to clean it up. Absolutely terrible service!
Maintenance did repairs on a crack in the ceiling. Left my bedroom covered in ceiling dust.
