If Dr. Simonson staff was to call me and ask me how are you doing. I would say Not very good. My stomach has been irritated ever since Dr. Simonson thought he needed to do 2 biopsies on my stomach when he did the endoscopy. I Was NOT having troubles with my stomach. Simonson was to look at my throat because I have been dealing with choking problems. Not stomach problems. The endoscopy was done in March of 2025 and it is May of 2025 now. And I'm still having trouble with my stomach. I'm very unhappy.
While Dr Simonson is a good surgeon, his care and attentiveness towards his patients are lacking. Post surgery, I was prescribed pain medication that I'm allergic to. Then I was prescribed meds that aren't effective (I had them with a previous surgery). After 2 days of back and forth, intense pain, and no sleep, I had to go to my GP to get medication to ease my pain. Almost 3 months post surgery and I'm an still having intense discomfort and pain.
