Please don’t go or send elderlys to see this doctor if anyone can call him doctor,he did a surgery on my elderly mom and she doesn’t even need it he was mad because his colleague told him my mom does not need to be operated,so he was mad and refused to see her again, to all reconsider to go see him BAD DOCTOR!!
I get that Doctor Silao is busy but what's the point of having him as primary doctor when he doesn't even have time to meet me? I felt really sick so I called him multiple times to see him but he said he is fully booked. I even went to ER so that make sure I will be ALIVE until I see him. ER doctor told me I have to see Cardiologist ASAP. So i begged Doctor Silao to approve any cariologist so that I can get treated or diagnosed but they were freaking keep on saying I need to come in to their hos
The Dr. was very polite and knowledgeable. But apparently also very incompetent. After seeing him for a general physical and to have my asthma prescription renewed. It's now been 3 days and my pharmacy still hasn't heard anything from his office. And trying to get a hold of him is impossible. No call backs, never available when you call. Staff isn't helpful besides shifting blame. Keep looking for a more professional.
Scheduled an appointment for 7/11 three weeks in advance, showed up 10 min. Early for appt and the nurse that was working said the PA my husband was scheduled to see called out. We were given no prior notification and the nurse wouldn't even give gauze for my husband's hand so all in all wasted gas and time because this business was SO unprofessional!!!!!!
He listens to my every concerns. Dr. Silao, never hesitate to help me to understand the problem I'm having. I was so upset when Dr. Patawarran left. Dr. Patawarran, had promise me he would find me a Dr. close to how he is. I must say Dr. Dr P, did a great job, in finding Dr Michael A. Silao! I'm very happy to have him as my doctor.
