Fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent. Friendly.
I gave such a low rating because I feel that the staff are a reflection of the Dr. My discharge was not the best. The nurse was not able to answer my questions regarding my Lovenox/Warfarin bridging. Discharge papers were unclear and when I asked she had no idea as well. It seems that each side of the office staff do not work together and have no idea the patients important discharge needs.
