I would highly recommend Dr. Vrana. I was able to get an appointment immediately. The office staff was very professional and genuinely expressed concern. Dr. Vrana spent a lot of time with me going over options for treatment. Dr. Vrana is very personable and easy to talk to.

Went to Vrana summer of 2017. He diagnosed trochanteric bursitis, prescribed Voltaren gel, a shot in each hip. Pain relief 1 wk. Went back 8 months later in a lot of pain. He said there was nothing he could do for me. Spent maybe 2 minutes with me. Was rude and uncaring. This made me upset. I started to cry. He got up, escorted me to payment desk and walked away. Rudest treatment I’ve ever had from a “professional.”

Well, i moved my mom here because her health is not good, i have been trying to get an appointment with his office for the past 4 weeks, they came back to me telling me, they can't see my mom because she has an open workmen case, i informed them the case was closed back in 2014 . i sent them proof that it was closed and they are still refusing to see her. She has had a knee replacement AFTER the comp case, did not go through comp case and i explained that and they still won't see her.

Dr. Vrana was very professional and sincere. He evaluated my injury and made recommendations based on my age and activity level and explained the two options. Before and after surgery, he was very concerned about my level of pain. His staff was friendly and every visit so far has been expedient and comfortable.

Went in for a consult from a fall, he did not order mri. Said I had a torn Achilles from just him feeling my ankle, had surgery to repair it. Now two years later still having problems with the ankle. Requested my records from Vrana and took to another dr the whole time I had a broken bone in there which are in his note. Now ill have to have another surgery in the future! DONT GO TO HIM.

Had low back and hip pain, x-rays were negative. His solution, learn against the wall for 15 seconds twice a day and if not better in a month make another appointment. Gave me a topical medicine that a vendor had given him that was new and a prescription to fill. Turns out it was new and not covered by insurance. Went to another Orthopedic doctor, did an MRI, and L4-L5 vertebrae have compression fractures and joint is messed up. In PT now, with likely hood of surgery for fusion in the future.

The evil nurse of Dr Varana is well versed in passive aggression if you like this kind of treatment this is the place to be. She also demonstrates skills in spitfullness When she switched my child's water proff cast out for a cotton one. Dr Varana himself was curt asking leading questions while typing up his report on computer and not making face contact. Over all unprofessional & uncaring to the max!
