Transported from Catoosa, Ok Urgent Care by Ambulance to St. Johns Hospital on Utica, Tulsa, Ok. The Hospital Emergency room was packed. When I saw a doctor it was Dr. William Smith. He was extremely nice and listened to everything I said. He apologized for the wait. Proceeded to release me, even went the extra mile, to give me information, from a blood test I had taken the day before, knowing I was concerned about the results. I would say he's one of the Best ! Thank you
Wish I could rate zero stars… this “specialist” made my younger brother wait 2 hours, with a SERIOUS eye injury after a bow hunting accident, only to decline transportation to another facility in okc…. Then proceeded to belittle my mother and show ZERO compassion or even human decency. Worst experience of our lives.
This is the worst most unprofessional Dr. I don’t understand how someone could be so careless,So disrespectful, heartless. I don’t recommend Michael Smith MD for anyone. If I could put a -100000000000 star for him I would.
I was visiting Tulsa from Dallas, Tx to attend a Zac Williams, Toby Mac and MercyMe concert! We decided to walk the 4 blocks to the center when I tripped on a board lying in the middle of the sidewalk and landed hard on my head! I received a cut that required stitches! Dr. Smith was awesome! He was kind and very empathetic to my situation! The nurses were quite the opposite! They were rude and I am thankful they weren’t the ones doing my stitches! Dr. Smith is awesome. They were super busy ans eventhough he took the time and give me treatment and look all possible test for diagnostic properly. He was kind and very professional. Nurses were awesome and showed empathy to my pain and help me.
