I scheduled a cleaning appointment. Never seen dental hygienist, a female dentist stated she would clean my teeth. Constantly asking questions about my implants. Barely scaling my teeth. No rinse, no polish. Stated, highly recommend I surgically remove my implants because they are the wrong implants. When ?? Very soon, I asked for that recommendation in writing she would not. The team at Dr. Rosenberg's office have been amazing. Starting from the front desk, by getting me in on the same day that I called (in pain), as a new pt too! Next on to my hygienist, who was the best I have ever had been to before. She eased my nerves and was so gentle and understanding. Had the best cleaning ever. I had to have a root canal emergently, the next day. Dr. Rosenberg has restored my faith in going to the dentist. He was so gentle and fast. Explained everything as he went along.
