I previously wrote a review favoring this restaurant but I am sad to say that I will no longer go to Michaels on Main. They opted to cancel a dance show/Christmas party that had been booked for a year. This is NOT good customer service. This is NOT a way to run a business. If I could give a "no star" rating I would. I also work in a customer service position and we would never think of canceling something that had booked in lieu of a "better offer". Bad move Michael's on Main. I see coal in your stocking this Christmas.
They cancelled our event with no warning
Wow! How disappointing to learn you have cancelled our Bellydance Raks holiday party which has been booked for a year. I really looked forward to it every year for the last four years. Hope the extra money you're getting from another party helps you sleep at night...cause I think you may be on Santa's naughty list this year.
Michael's offers the perfect balance between fine dining and casual comfort. The atmosphere is perfect for a quite meal or a large gathering of friends. The food is always cooked to perfection and the staff is friendly and helpful.
