I Kathleen Preston went into pekin il office on December walked into office as had appointment at 3:30 . I arrived at3:15 Front desk checked in. Told me to have a seat 45 minutes later I went to desk and ask about my appointment. Low and behold I was in wrong office. My mistake for going to wrong office but desk lady checked me in. They later told me I was in wrong office. I went next door and because of mishap I had to reschedule and now can't get in till mid January. My complaint is desk lady checked me in.
