Disappointed! My first appointment with this Doctor was for 5:00pm and it appeared that they had scheduled 5 other patients at the same time. As such, I was not seen until 7:00pm. When I inquired if this was normal I was told that it was on Tuesday and Fridays. I find this unacceptable. He did not dilate my pupils even though I requested it. The Dr. indicates that he does this on the follow up visit when the patient comes an picks up the glasses. I have never heard of such a thing.
