Contacted company for drain issue that needed to be re-run. First they tried solve the problem over the phone without coming out to view the issue. They then decided that they needed to view the issue in order to figure out how to solve it, an appt was made for them to come out. They never showed for the appt and never called stating that they could not make it or had to reschedule. Why should one use a company when they cannot even show up or call to reschedule or advise they will not be there.
