Communication and scheduling felt rigid, and when issues arose, the response lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic consideration. Customer service was very poor, and interactions felt more focused on enforcing policies and fees than on understanding family circumstances. Our experience at this pediatric dental clinic was disappointing. Communication and scheduling felt rigid, and when issues arose, the response lacked empathy and professionalism. One of the Best doctors to work for! I worked for Dr. Royse for many years and he has the greatest chair side manner with the kiddos. It would definitely be worth the trip out to Hillsboro to see him.

Five of my children were patients of Dr. Royse for several years. He is an awesome dentist and his former staff was fantastic!! However, in the past year, things have changed with the addition of a new partner. We had to come in 3 times to have cavities filled and the final appointment was pushed back 2.5 hours AFTER we had already arrived. Staff thought it would be OK for my young kids to go 20 hours without food/water that day! Despite showing up 3 times, we never got any fillings and now I get to hassle with transferring ... read more
