Called to arrange a day and time to have a water leak looked at and fixed in the shower area. The agreed day and time came and went, and plumber was a no call/no show. Plumber had my number, so there was no excuse to not call. I consider these actions unprofessional, and no way to treat a potential new customer.
Michael is a great guy we had a mess at our office location, he took incharge of everything and sort the leaking issue in a timely manner, Also he does great music worth giving a hear lol
