Paid Michael to fix a leaking/dripping water line/pipe on my water heater. He arrived the same day (which I appreciate) and it appeared that he got it repaired. The next morning it was leaking worse than it had been before he "repaired" it. Called him and he said he couldn't come out to fix it again (this was the day after he "tried" to "repair" the leaking water line) because he was going camping with his family, or something to that effect. Called to arrange a day and time to have a water leak looked at and fixed in the shower area. The agreed day and time came and went, and plumber was a no call/no show. Plumber had my number, so there was no excuse to not call. I consider these actions unprofessional, and no way to treat a potential new customer.

Michael is a great guy we had a mess at our office location, he took incharge of everything and sort the leaking issue in a timely manner, Also he does great music worth giving a hear lol
