I am devastated by the care my mother received under the supervision of Dr. Michael Rothberg and his resident, Dr. Ankur Jain. Over nearly four months of repeated hospitalizations, Dr. Rothberg — the attending physician — never personally evaluated her, despite her complex and deteriorating condition. If I could give zero stars, I would do so. This office has done nothing but make me wait for ridiculous amounts of time on the phone and do nothing for me. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

We called twice to speak to Dr Rothberg and received no response.

Hands down the WORST staff we have ever had to deal with in a doctors office. They are rude, they will leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes only to hang up on you and talk nasty when they finally do answer. It is disgusting and completely unacceptable to treat patient’s and their loved ones this way. I highly doubt Dr. Rothberg has any idea this is happening. Thanks to his staff we will be looking for a new doctor.
