Explains everything very friendly and humorous
Front desk was warm, welcoming. Short wait for doctor. The patient care assistant who triage me was friendly, very thorough and updated all my medications. Doctor Rosario listened, answered and offered new information to my diagnosis.
Fantastic neurologist very dedicated to patient care
Unfriendly, unprofessional, and not helpful office receptionist. Do not expect them to return phone calls,(I had 4 unreturned messages about making an appointment and Dr. Shaw office was disconnected when they called for me ).When I asked them if I should call my referral doctor for a copy of my lower NCV/EMG test results that I told them the doctor would need (from 4 months ago) while I was waiting to see doctor in his waiting room receptionist said no.
