Our complex has only recently moved to Michael Roberts Strata and what a refreshing change it has been. To the Strata Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent misuse of our garbage bin. We have discovered that cement and construction waste have been dumped into our bin without authorization. This has caused a significant increase in the overall weight of the rubbish, resulting in additional disposal costs that we are now being unfairly charged for. The worst company I have EVER dealt with! Staff are terrible and have very unprofessional conduct! No duty of care! I hope this business shuts down! Absolutely disgraceful! If you find a property with this strata company attached to it RUN QUICKLY! Never deal with them! The reviews speak for itself! Please take the time to read them! It will save you alot of grief! They will give you a hard time.
