Michael checks all the boxes.
The medical professional was polite. I felt he rushed the appointment. Though I know I need joint replacement surgery, he tried pushing me into having the surgery immediately; stating that if I had an hour, the surgeon was available for a consultation that day. His approach did not make me feel comfortable at all. With this in mind, I cannot provide a 5 star review for this person.
