Listed the home and had a real professional photographer come and get high resolution pictures. Had many photos online and virtual tours. Home had 4 offers!

In general we had a good experience here. The experience was rather generic and vanilla compared to other buying and selling experiences we've had in the past. Maybe it was just our price point but that should really not matter. Yes the house was sold quickly but we had next to zero input on the details of our listing. We were asked some of the things we had done to update the house but only 1 or 2 of the items were ever mentioned in the listing.
